3. Practice mindfulness or grounding
Can help anchor our bodies into the present moment. This can be as simple as savouring that first sip of coffee in the morning or making time for a simple breathwork technique.
4. Make time for some form of exercise
Exercise and all forms of movement directly contribute to improving our mood and overall mental health.
5. Do things that bring you joy
Making time for the thing that brings us joy and excitement can fill your cup whether that is reading your favourite book or listening to music.
